Wonderful rental
Fabulous space in Keystone Village. Minutes from the Gondola. Comfortable and well-appointed condominium. Have stayed here several times and always pleased with the cleanliness of the condo and the convenience of being in the Village! (Columbia, SC)

Love the place
We have stayed in the condo several times and absolutely love it. It is right in the heart of the village close to the gondola, shops and restaurants. The apartment is very nice, well laid out and in great condition. Plenty of other amenities from spas to pull room. Parking is also very convenient. We look forward to our next trip. (Littleton, CO)

Excellent Management!
Place was clean & well kept by Summit Mgmt (Please note the Fitness Center is maintained by Keystone & the key fobs never worked & Keystone didn't correct before we left despite Summit Mgmt and us contacting them). Summit Mgmt provided excellent service though. Even ran keys over to us quick on arrival because Southwest delayed us so much we arrived much later than expected- and I didn't read that we were supposed to go to a different location for packet pick-up. We were dropped off by shuttle out in cold- and Summit was there just a few minutes after I explained we were at the location already and unable to get in. They were very helpful all week! Loved the condo!!
We came up for a staycation from near Boulder with two teenagers and a toddler. The place is really nice, awesome location and just really perfect. Super clean and the perfect size and price. Loved it! (Lafayette, CO)

Perfect location!
Hi friends! This condo was perfect for our family of 4 and our boys’ first time skiing! It is right in River Run Village with all the shops and restaurants and gondola right out your door! We loved it! There was a gorgeous hang out/Rec room off the lobby, three wonderful hot tubs and a sauna that my boys LOVED, and super easy parking below. Thank you for having the rolling luggage carts down in the garage for handy unloading - that was a life saver! The condo itself has everything you would need to be comfortable - including comfy beds, large bathrooms and and plenty of room to unpack and get settled in. Our only suggestions would be comfier pillows on the bed, and boxes of tissues versus those travel packs. We “blew” through those day one. Napkins would have been a nice addition too. But we love this condo - the comfort, the space for 4, the building amenities and the location!!!!! (Littleton, CO)

Great location. Easy walk to the Gondola. Right in the village, but in an area that is more quiet at night then other places we have stayed. The room could use some updating and more storage space or hooks to put away clothes and gear. Overall a great place to stay.

Fabulous condo
The condo was perfect! Two large bedrooms and 2 baths plus beautifully decorated. Walking distance to restaurants, stores and the ski lift. I would highly recommend renting this unit! (Texas)

We enjoyed staying in your condo. Skiing was really good. If you get the chance, try the cat skiing off “The Outback.” Well worth the extra $5.00. Condo was warm and cozy. Sofa bed could do with a new mattress. An extra humidifier would be good. One for each room. Everything else was great. Tubing is a blast, hot tub well used, just what we needed after a hard day skiing. (“New Port Riches”, Florida)
Owner response: Thank you for your suggestions. We ordered a new mattress for the sleeper sofa, and we added a third humidifier.

A lovely condo with all the amenities. Loved the mountain peak view while sipping our morning tea. We really appreciate the arrangements and facilities provided for our comfort, however some points to improve: due to the large coffee table the living room seems a bit congested for space. It would make a big difference if you replace it with a smaller one. Also, the ottoman poses as an obstacle to move around the living room. All this said, we really loved our stay and were amazed at all the kitchen utensils provided and the facilities. Keep up the good work of maintaining it! Will visit again. (Wichita, KS)
Owner response: Before your stay we were already looking for a smaller coffee table. We have since replaced the coffee table with a smaller one. The ottoman is lightweight and easy to move out of the way. We are glad that you had a nice stay, and look forward to your return.

Very nice. We loved our stay at The Silver Mill, room 8239. We loved the convenience of walking to everything we needed :) Hopefully we can make a tradition with bringing our children skiing for Christmas each year!!!

This is our second 2 week stay here. We were here last year for 2 weeks. I guess we liked it! :) Your apartment is very nicely kept; the well furnished kitchen is exceptional. Thank you! P.S. After 2 weeks of a great time we are sure to want to come back next year. (Austin, TX)
